using phold plot

Description

I was wondering if I could use the phold plot in google colab to get a Circos plot? I haven't gotten a png file while working with phold before but I might be missing something.

What I Did

I just followed the instructions on google colab

It should work - you should be able to edit the colab notebook to do it yourself (using the subprocess commands like the rest), otherwise I'll try and edit it in the next couple of days.
