The Ace editor uses Ctrl+L for a "go to line" feature. This overrides the browser's function of Ctrl+L to focus on the address bar, and it's frequently surprising/disturbing me. Other reasonable shortcuts would also override browser functions (Ctrl+G is "Find in Page", Ctrl+E focuses on the search box, Ctrl+J opens downloads, etc). Any Ctrl/Cmd shortcut is likely to do something native, so consider disabling them.
