Hi, how are you?
I'm trying to do the lr analysis, can you showed the structure of the file "zebrafish_human_unique.tsv" ?
Is it one column of orthologous/homologs genes of human or two columns of interaction.... ?

This file contains two columns with paired gene names for each species.
