Because of the way logging is set up when $GALAXY_DAEMON_LOG is set, the Galaxy/gunicorn log is written to both the gunicorn log path ({log_dir}/gunicorn.log) and the $GALAXY_DAEMON_LOG path (default of ./galaxy.log). Not showstopping but probably not what we want.
