searching in workflow editor does not find your workflows as possible results #19032

Describe the bug

I searched for a term used in my workflows and found nothing.

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug

Galaxy Version: 24.1.3.dev0
Commit: 1a6b7fe

Browser and Operating System
Operating System: linux
Browser: Chrome

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to workflow editor
  2. Search for one of your workflows
  3. Find nothing
  4. Scroll down and manually look through your workflows for the one you wanted

Expected behavior

I would like to be able to find my own WFs in addition to tools
