Surface all information in game type rules endpoint

Currently, dk_get_game_type_rules() parsed and cleaned output only includes a subset of the information from the rules endpoint. In particular, the lineup template, glossary terms, and error codes information is excluded.

Either update the clean & parsed output to include this information or create new functions to access this information in a cleaned format.
