Coverage Reporting Additions

Folks, I'm considering some enhancements to the text reports, wondering if any are already in the works or if there's any particular guidance on what the control mechanism(s) would be (args in main for example).

1. Merge/Report without instance data. Merge across instances and NOT include instance coverage in overall score.
2. Control over level-of-detail. Only show overall score and group scores. Seems there's already a 'details' concept in the report formatter but I'm not seeing it plumbed up to the cmdline.
3. Threshold based color support. Ability to specify some small number of thresholds and color code the report according. e.g. green, yellow, red.
