I set an alert for "Request timeout" and it works great. If I send test data, it restarts the dyno.

I set up a second alert (copy of the first) on the key words "JSONDecodeError", but that one doesn't work. Just wondering what I need to edit to add other alerts.

So the problem here was that the JSONDecodeError was on a Worker Dyno, not a Web Dyno, and the program will only restart if it's a Web Dyno.

I commented out these lines and it worked.

    #unless dyno.to_s.match(/web/)
    # logger.info "[skip] non web dyno: #{dyno}"
    # next
    #end
