Google drive & pCloud: Can't open '/mnt/onboard/.add/kobocloud/Library/'!

I have installed the latest version of KoboCloud, and have a Kobo Clara HD on version 4.38. I have tried a factory reset, and re-install of KoboCloud

It seems that both Google Drive and pCloud give the same error when executing curl.

No files found using the old method, trying new method for pCloud.
