When setting a warp point out-of-bounds on or below the surface of water and warping to it, you instead warp to a nearby point in bounds. This has a straightforward work-around, just jumping before setting the warp point, but it's still odd behavior. I'm using the console 1.0 version - I don't have a computer that can run Yuzu at all, and I haven't tested 1.3.
