DMDext 2.3.0 / V2 Serum Color FX3

For older PinballFX3
using dmdext -mirror source=pinballfx3

-Appears that a V2 Serum RGB565 (crz) file results in black screen
-using a serum1 Kraken's AFM altcolor works fine for example
-no altcolor works fine in reproducing the original rom colors

If you need a quick test V2 crz for pinball FX3, a quick like first 15 frames of attract for sorcerer's lair (citadel.crz) in zip format to attach to ticket here on github consisting of Purple/yellow text and 2 tone blue ghost done up in 30 seconds, so nothing special.

**Not Noticing any issues in PinballFX, it plays both V1/V2 serum fine.
