You can increase done issues following their status. Check all open issues to discover if they are done. Probably you can manually invite people to pay what they said.

I found some resolved issues still open in FS.

I'm sure you can find more issues with an automated process.

Good idea. Whenever an issue is closed on the original tracker, FS should notify the sponsors.
