Badges for plugins

It is an idea to make developers know the issue is sponsored. You have a "Sponsor this issue!" message, but it is impossible to know it already has sponsors.

My proposal is to create images with the "sponsor this issue" message and add something to indicate the offers to the issue, like Travis and Waffle badges.

The main FS problem today is bring developers to the platform. Projects like Jenkins have a lot of sponsored issues but just a few of paid issues (330.00 / 1245.00). My hypothesis is it is a communication problem. Developers don't know about the offers, a comment "I'm sponsoring this issue ..." is not enough.

It is useful to all FS plugins. I can even post the badge in a comment. I think the site is the right place to put it, plugins will just use it.

Maybe a small iframe would be more appropriate.
It's probably easier to implement and we can do more stuff in it.
Do you foresee any problems with that @iurisilvio?
