Test NUC14 compat & add NUC14 docs

With the new kernel testing farm in place, does that change the process or the way we want to keep those docs updated?

The only change IMO is that whenever we order a NUC14 for someone to test, we should also get one for the kernel test farm (or maybe get one, test it, and then stick it in the farm).
