given the sparse documentation, i have some questions...

when first running the board, it seems impossible to create a post, even as admin, since one has to join 'inn' first which apparently can't be done ... until there's a post

ERROR request{method=GET uri=/post/edit/0 version=HTTP/1.1}: freedit::controller::meta_handler: 400 Bad Request, You must join inn first

when previewing a comment, there doesn't appear to be a way to get back to the edit form without losing the text

what is the purpose of the 'freedit' board/link? it seems to just forward to 'inn'

there's a lot to like here - i like the simple layout, but the forum seems to be less intuitive than it could be - for ex. the seemingly redundant 'freedit' link and the use of the word 'inn' instead of whatever 'inn' is (topic list of the whole forum except 'solo' i assume, but then why the 'freedit' link?)

the 'just me' filter in the 'solo' board apparently can't be changed once the post is made, thus this seems like a personal notepad and i question its utility - it might be more useful if it served as storage for drafts however, which would double as personal notes

Freedit, like Reddit, is designed to support decentralized, multi-community structures. Site admin offers platform and the true owner is Inn mod.

So if you don't like to be in a group, you have a Solo.

For solo visibility, I’ve implemented a shortcut to have a demo.
