Branch + PR voor het verplaatsen van de HTML + CSS van de bestaande website -> package/website

verplaats de html en css van de bestaande website naar package/website
Onderzoek hoe je de website lokaal kan draaien zoals bijvoorbeeld met https://www.npmjs.com/package/http-server
Even uitzoeken voor het mergen: hoe draait de website dan nog met de ingeregelde GitHub workflow https://github.com/frameless/frameless.io/tree/main/.github/workflows die ervan uitgaat dat de bestanden in de root staan
