is this just smoke and mirrors ??? dji fpv v2 and steamdeck windows 11, no connection no matter what i try

as title states...
running a steam deck 1tb with windows 11 pro as default OS no steamos...
all drivers installed, zadig and so on, my steamdeck has NEVER had any dji software installed so dont need to worry there,
i have sunshine installed on the deck, all of that is setup as guide says, moonlight says in goggles that it gets a connect from either rndis or bulk, but displays nothing, and the gui on the deck says poor connection and disconnects...
im using a usb C 3.1 dock with a full speed usb 3 cable coonected from dock to goggles, i get a sdcard popup on deck,
connections all sound and look like they work, but no display and after a while it self disconnects
am running all of the latest softwares all around as i updated everything just today
