Actual Behaviour

Play sleeping sound, sleeping music is a popular skill of Alexa, make similar skill for susi

Expected Behaviour

be able to play sound/music directly

Steps to reproduce it

Skill shld belong to entertainment model

This is an important skill and it requires that we add actions in the server and in the clients.

To do this, open child issues the corresponding projects (susi_server, android, iOS) with reference to here.
Pease recognize that new Action Types have already been declared in SusiAction.RenderType for this, see the type playaudio. Please copy this hint to the new issue in susi_server.

to stop audio, I added the RenderType stopaudio as well.
