Actual Behaviour

Food is a common area that many users tend to ask (based on demos at different locations). SUSI is unable to provide answers to questions like: show me a restaurant nearby, what should I eat today, what is the typical dish here (user location) etc.

Expected Behaviour
SUSI is able to answer or give tips on food related topics.

Steps to reproduce it
Create a Food skill that stores all food related topics.
