After content is published, we track all changes to the url and automatically create redirects from old urls to new ones.
Sometimes it might be usefull to be able to turn that mechanism off (for example ehen moving a large sub-tree of pages that I know have not been referenced/indexed anywhere).

This can be either a global switch (turn this on/off for all editors) or even better something I can do for my user/session.
