When there are multiple hotspots with no position set it's possible to set only single position at a time

Steps to reproduce

Create new HotSpot block
Set the image of the hotspot
Add more than one hotspots (but don't set position for them). After this step you should see something like this
Modify the position of both hotspots
Publish the page
See that only one position is changed. You should see something like this:
