removeArrangedSubviews和removeFromSuperView与UIStackView不兼容 #44

项目中遇到iOS8.4使用FDStackView闪退，分析原因可能是：

UIStackView的removeArrangedSubviews:方法不会removeFromSuperView；
2.UIStackView的removeFromSuperView会将view从arrangedSubviews中移除；
