This is a temporary "bucket" milestone containing the issues that were originally marked as planned for the 0.9.x series (and its point releases). I believe that the way I've been using milestones has not been very effective and that we need to restructure the pipeline to new checks and bugfixes, and then relocate all these issues to their new appropriate milestones.

I am not sure yet what the new strategy will be yet, but while trying to figure it out, I decided to remove the point-release names from existing open milestones so that their name is not misleading to our users and collaborators.
