Feature Request: Minimal Contact Form

Would it be possible to add an optional simple contact form (via getform.io) to the bottom?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. Sorry I haven't replied sooner. I'm slightly hesitant about adding service-specific features and I'd like to leave the landing page scrolling-free.
However, I'd be open to a PR that adds a page template with support for at least getform.io and formspree (I think they are quite similar). That way, the email-link could instead link to a page containing the contact form.
I'm not sure how flexible this is with respect to the actual form layout though. Would be nice to keep it as general as possible.
I'd do it myself but I'm quite busy currently. I'm leaving this issue open though.
