Hi,

Are you planning on bumping your alpine version to 3.19 any time soon? I'm looking to be able to access the postgresql16 client package.

Thanks,

Steve

We currently use the eclipse-temurin:17-jre-alpine image as our base image. Unfortunately using alpine 3.18 as their base image.

eclipse-temurin:17-jre-alpine has now updated to use 3.19. However we have found that it has issues with some of the tools we require so we have pinned a version for now until we can find a solution.

Hi, the most recent version 17.0.12_7-jre-alpine is based on Alpine 3.20, and doesn't seem be be affected by the critical vulnerabilities in Alpine 3.18.x / 3.19.x (expat, openssl, busybox).

The old alpine version causes some critical vulnerabilities in the docker image, so I hope you will be able to upgrade to Alpine 3.20 soon 🙏
