I was trying out Soldier of Fortune, KISS Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child, StarLancer, and Unreal Tournament with the full controller, but they're all having problems. Soldier of Fortune switches to standard controller, KISS Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child forces me to switch to a standard controller, StarLancer switches buttons, and Unreal Tournament doesn't detect it as a Panther DC controller.

Unreal Tournament:

However I can't force games to support the Panther DC controller (of the Full Controller).
Try a controller test such as 240pSuite or ControllerTest-DJ to check that everything is working on the Flycast side.
