doubt with the menu in arcade games that use keyboard

at this point i still don't know who will have emulated the naomi board but with games that use the keyboard, but ok.
I was quiet about life playing the typing of the dead (more for laughs), but I was surprised that in these games it is practically impossible to put the emulator menu, let alone use the super speed of this. At least if there is a way to do it, they could say it or is it perhaps an inconvenience in this type of systems.

By the way I'm going to congratulate those who developed the latest flycast update, it's the best. Thank you
