BTV message & Chrono are not visible while in ZOOM/OANS mode:

BTV message & chrono to be visible

Steps to reproduce

Setup BTV, select zoom on the ND.

Same for the chrono. If it's displayed in the ND,it shall also appear when the OANS is displayed
