Describe the bug
If I open the feature pane, click on the text box and leave it again without entering a feature name, then there's still a feature created.

To Reproduce
See above :)

Expected behavior/result
A feature should only be created if it has a name

Added the fix to prevent communication if the textbox value is empty on blur.
