New versions are not published

The new versions (0.3.1 & 0.3.2) are not available on pub.dev. The latest version available is 0.3.0.

I can't use this package because my project already has a dependency on one of the same dependencies as this package (rxdart 0.27.5). Additionally, no one can use any of the improvements made to this repository in the past year.
