There's a bug with this mod and the ideology biosculpter.Whenever a pawn finishes using a biosculpter every pawn's work priority for all the categories will be set to whatever subjob is the lowest priority.For example if I have a pawn that has crafting set to 3 but has the subjob craft prosthetics set to 2 then when someone leaves a biosculpter the priority for entire crafting tab of the other pawn will be set to 2.
