Fixes for bugs introduced in 1.0.0-beta3

This fixes a bug introduced in 1.0 beta 4 which was incompatible with Flow 3.0.x

This release contains a couple of bug fixes and some more documentation about how to use this connector with Google Cloud Storage.

Documentation and improved debugging
