A user reported a bug via email (contact information for further questions available through me):

I use your Stats.mod v1.3.2 and Its great. But I have 1 question. When people have a nickname thats is ending at ^ (like Deejay^) this is what the stats shows when you select that nick. .

"I don't have any stats for Deejay%5E in #place2chat, sorry"

Most likely, the internal webserver does not correctly decode the URL. It is unclear whether the same problem exists in v1.4.
