No "Energy" values

hi there ... I was looking for days to understand how the "standard" Energy Dashboard was doing to present real time (LIVE) data using ENERGY meters in kWh, then I figured out it was not real time data (though I was seen the small dots running on the lines) and I found out this HACS Power Flow Card Plus giving real time (LIVE) data ...
As the standard energy dashboard is ONLY showing energy data in kWh, I was wondering if this HACS could also give the Energy data in kWh ... you say it is not the aim, but what is the solution then if I do not want to use the standard Energy dashboard ?

Is there a specific configuration or another HACS card allowing to show energy ?

I have put them both on one of my dashboards.
the one of the top is yours ... the one at the bottom is the one from the energy Dashboard I think which I linked.
I do not see any obvious difference ... are there added values in using your Energy flow dashboard instead of the one provided by HA ?

Also, for the power flow I guess not possible because this is LIVE data in instantly consumed watts, but for the power flow, is there a way to have a "Per day, Per week / per month etc ... view like the standard Energy dashboard does ?
