Incoming Call Not Detected on Signal Mobile App

This issue occurs in the Signal mobile app. It has been sometime that I have not received or heard an incoming call and then a msg is left on the chat that a call had been missed. I confirm with the other users as well that it sometimes happen to them.

i have seen this issue despite having never used signal flatpak, so i think this may be better for the upstream repos, notably the mobile app (i.e. i notice if i try and initiate a call from my android phone, the recipient doesnt see it ring)
