Enable building and execution of the Epcc_f application with the LLVM Flang compiler.

Next steps: I am not planning to take on this project. This is just an initial report found. Please feel free to work on this.

As of 11/02/2022 I can no longer download the epcc_f benchmark. Looking at the link to epcc_f from OpenMP benchmark, I encounter the same issue.
