Add New, Create package can't save. 'sort' js err

Signin. 'Find and external libraries'. Search. Click 'Add new'....

Console output is:

editor-0.11.4.js:2 TypeError: Cannot read property 'sort' of undefined

Fill in form, click save. View changes to 'Error - Create version'.

Save, Cancel, Delete buttons do not work, and give the following errors:
