Update Angular versions in the "New" dropdown

The Angular versions in the "New" Dropdown are a bit old. Latest is currently "1.5.6". And 1.3.x / 1.1.x / 1.0.x can be dropped, as they are very old and shouldn't be used. That's true for 1.4.x also, but that seems to be in use still quite a lot. 1.2.x is legacy bc of IE8 support and can stay, too.
