  1. Create a new plunk
  2. Add a tag that contains a dot
  3. Save the plunk.
    ==> Error.
    save faild save failed

I can confirm this. Took me a while to figure out why it didn't save. Removing the tag with dot resolved the saving issue.

This is the server response I get:

{message: "Invalid payload",…}
invalid: "JSON object property 'tags.vis.j' is not explicitly defined and therefore not allowed"
message: "Invalid payload"

@boghyon boghyon changed the title "Save failed: Save failed" when trying to save a plunk with a tag containing "." "Save failed: Save failed" When Trying to Save a Plunk With a Tag Containing Dot(s) Jan 25, 2018

@stestaub Just figured out that such tags can be added / removed and saved seamlessly when editing from https://next.plnkr.co/
