Allow Table Actions to show only the icon

Until now, I'm being doing this code in all my projects. So in every project I have to add this on the service provider and also create an interface so my IDE don't lose the autocomplete after using the macro function onlyIcon

What I wanted to ask is where I can contribute this code. Because I don't feel this would be the correct file support/src/Concerns/HasIcon.php to add this lines

public function onlyIcon(): static
{
    $label = method_exists($this, 'getLabel') ? $this->getLabel() : '';

    return $this->label('')->tooltip($label);
}

Any suggestions?
