Move package into ffrl_packages

Hi,

It would be great if we could move this package into the FFRL packages repo as the usage of the modules.conf needs a package Repo in the OpenWRT fashion. Single packages need to be checked out manually and this breaks automated building using the gluon makefile.

A simple merge into a subfolder of https://github.com/ffrl/ffrl-packages would suffice.
Alternatively we could create a ffddorf_packages repo, but I rather maintain one repo than two.

the package is nowhere near functional.
I will move it into ffrl-packages if it is.
