Looking for one language should return all locales names of that language in a convenient map.

get_locale_names("en")
> %{
  "en-AU" => "Australian English",
  "en-CA" => "Canadian English",
  "en-GB" => "British English",
  "en-GB-alt-short" => "UK English",
  "en-US" => "American English",
  "en-US-alt-short" => "US English"
}
