Fedora 39

I tried copy and pasting the dependencies listed on the Readme, but they missed the ntlm_auth package that was needed. after just trying to run ntlm_auth, it asked if I wanted to install this package samba-winbind-clients
i said yes, and the install proceeded.

Should samba-winbind-clients be added to the dependencies?

Sorry, missed the outdated instructions warning. Not sure if this package is still helpful for that auto installer #173

If you know all the dependencies for Fedora are complete with samba-winbind-clients, we can add that to the current instructions, which will help us with the release of the python rewrite.
