I wrote my own number conversion program in python with no built in functions and in other words I don't know.

Context

Huh, I think it would save time.Imagine you wanna know the hex value of some number and look up for it in search engines and it gives you the answer in plain text (Yes, I already tried) that you can't even modify to check another value,frustrating right?
