From @gro1729, Issue 22:

I have to use Fonts of my company. Thus I have to compile with xetex or luatex. A Font-Declaration is defined by:

 \setmainfont[ 
Path = ../Fonts/Fontin/ttf/, 
Extension = .ttf, 
Ligatures = TeX, 
BoldFont = Fontin-Bold, 
ItalicFont = Fontin-Italic, 
SmallCapsFont = Fontin-SmallCaps ]
{Fontin-Regular}

None of the Fonts is copied into the "merged"-Directory
