Some journals require you to map the figure filename to the figure number in text. Doing this automatically would be a great feature.

Thanks for the idea.
Do you have examples of the patterns you had to use for the figures files?

I will include this in version 0.5.1, as I am about to release version 0.5.

A and be should be renamed to 1 and 2 respectively.

Subfigures (not included in example) should be renamed to 1a, 1b etc.
