- Installs RCU repositoy for Oracle SOA Suite ( 11.1.1.6.0 and 11.1.1.7.0 )
Some manifests like installdb.pp, opatch.pp or rcusoa.pp supports an alternative mountpoint for the big oracle files.
When not provided it uses the files location of the oradb puppet module
else you can use $puppetDownloadMntPoint => "/mnt" or "puppet:///modules/xxxx/"
