Feature to not display page content 's tooltips

When a page is long-scrolled, it's tooltips at cursor are disturbing .

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just in case, "none" cursor doesn't change that .

Could you paste a screenshot here? I'm not sure I understand what tooltips you want to hide and how it is related to scrolling :)

When scrolling, the mouse still hover over the page and spawn tooltips .

p.s. would be good to keep the cursor shown even if thats fixed, if possible of course

Yeah, that would bother me as well :)
I'm using the scrollbar emulation so the mouse moves but with grab and drag the mouse stays over element triggering whatever "hover" action there is.

I should be able to fix it by disabling events over the scrolling element, or maybe whole page... this will need some serious testing because it would disable interaction with the page while scrolling.

p.s. i actually meant when it moves (Multiplier), when reading a long page with large tooltip-ed territory, for example https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/vscode
