So this is for the "Disable / Enable scrolling when key is down:" feature, right?
But there is still a question, should this work same as other keys (for example Shift) so that while the key is down, the scrolling is disabled, OR should it just check the CapsLock state and if it's enabled / disabled then disable / enable scrolling?
