Not scrollable pages report here

Please post here pages that can't be scrolled even though they have a scrollbar.

So far I found these two:

https://www.hyperexpert.com/

• the issue is that the body has "overflow-x: hidden;", but why is it a problem?
• in Firefox and Chrome

https://www.tweaktown.com/

• only when using thin scrollbars option, new scrollbar will appear and block the main scrollbar!
• happens only in Firefox, in Chrome we actually scroll the parent box once the child box cant be scrolled anymore (am I doing this or Chrome?)

How to fix this?

• if possible, fix within addon
• contact affected page authors - the best way, since they are the one with a crappy layout!
• implement dynamic page specific CSS rules that will fix this - ideally with some auto update mechanism (but users would have be opt-in to enable this). Also I would have maintain that forever :(
